Nomiya is designed to merge cutting edge design with culinary adventure. Sweden-based appliance company Electrolux sponsored the project, which has a 12-month run akin to the temporary art installations located in the museum below. Electrolux partnered with the contemporary art center Palais de Tokyo, contemporary artist Laurent Grasso and culinary director Gilles Stassart for the restaurant.
Scheduled tours, lunch, dinner and cooking classes are available by reservation to all visitors and of course, lucky Parisians.
