Scheduling In-Home Appliance or Television Service
• Customer may call our toll-free call center at 1-800-284-7344 (1-800-28-GREGG).
• Customer will need to provide the brand name, model number, and serial number.
• Proof of Purchase – Invoice from purchase must be provided to service technician at time of service call.
Customer Carry-In Service
• Customer may drop off their television or electronic product to any of our retail hhgregg stores for service and/or repair.
• Proof of Purchase – Invoice from purchase must be provided to an hhgregg associate and accompany the product dropped off for service and/or repair.
