Holiday Recipe: How To Make Candied Walnuts

Candied Walnuts Recipe

Ingredients:
1-cup walnuts
2 tbsp light corn syrup
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp ground cumin
Generous pinch of cayenne

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine walnuts and all remaining ingredients in medium bowl; toss and coat. Spread mixture on silpat lined baking sheet. Bake until nuts are deep golden and sugar mixture is bubbling, stirring occasionally to break up clumps, about 15 minutes. Cool completely on baking sheet. Once cool store in airtight container.
