Recipe to Try: Shanghai Wings

You can’t root for your favorite team without your favorite game day food. These Shanghai Wings are filled with flavor and will be a slam dunk at your game day party! #FoodieFriday
- 14 chicken wings
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp Chinese hot sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Split wings at each joint and discard tips; pat dry. Deep fry 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy. For equally crispy wings, bake on a rack in a roasting pan at 425°F for 30 minutes, turn and bake another 30 minutes.
Combine ingredients. Dip wings in sauce to coat completely. You can also combine ingredients in an airtight container, add wings and shake to coat.
